Terms of Service

Last updated: March 27, 2026

Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Arc, a web application operated for limited user testing. By using Arc, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Arc is provided for this beta by the software operator only as a technology preview. A sponsor or clinician may choose how to invite testers; any care relationship is between you and your own providers. The operator does not provide clinical care and does notsupervise any clinician's patients.

Beta and changes

Arc is offered as-is during testing. Features, availability, and these Terms may change or end without notice. There is no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose.

Not medical or clinical services

Arc is not medical advice, mental health treatment, therapy, or a substitute for care from a licensed professional. Nothing in Arc creates a clinician–patient relationship with the software operator or replaces guidance from your own providers.

If you are in crisis or may harm yourself or others, contact local emergency services or a crisis line. Do not rely on Arc for urgent help.

No account; data on your device

Arc does not require a login. Progress and preferences may be stored locally in your browser. Clearing site data, using private browsing, or switching browsers or devices may erase or isolate your data. You are responsible for keeping backups of anything important outside the app if you need them.

Analytics and feedback

We may collect product analytics (for example which screens and actions are used) to understand usage and improve Arc. Analytics are generally tied to a random identifier in your browser, not your name or email. We do not use this to sell ads.

For this testing phase, we are not collecting information related to your treatment through Arc. If you send feedback via the in-app tool or email, avoid including real names or other sensitive personal details.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Arc—for example, by attempting to break security, overload systems, scrape data you are not authorized to access, or use the app in any unlawful way. We may suspend or block access if we reasonably believe misuse has occurred.

Intellectual property

Arc, its branding, and its content (except your own inputs) are owned by the rights holder(s) and are licensed to you only for personal, non-commercial use as part of this testing program. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the app.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arc is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the software operator and its collaborators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Arc. Our total liability for any claim relating to Arc is limited to the greater of (a) what you paid to use Arc in the twelve months before the claim or (b) zero if the app was free.

Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
